Remote controlsConvenience at your fingertipsGeberit uses state-of-the-artelectronics to set new standardsin easy and flexible maintenancemanagement with dynamic remotecontrols.HyTronic Service-HandyThe Service-Handy is a remote controlthat allows the definition of flushingtime and sequence (dynamicflushing) and provides data on thenumber of flush activations for infraredor radio controlled Geberit flushingsystems. It is compatible with allHyTronic flush solutions (urinal andWC) and HyTronic taps. This systemis ideal for the efficient operation ofpublic toilet facilities since some ofthese locations have a mixture ofhigh-traffic and sporadic use. Withthe help of the intelligent Service-Handy the flushing sequence canbe adapted accordingly to optimisewater conservation.For example, after user 1 leaves,the flush is activated for 7 seconds.If user 2 arrives within 60 seconds,the flushing time is reduced by 50%.The programmed flush time for user3, who arrives about one minuteafter user 2, is still reduced to 4 seconds.When the system is out of usefor a longer period, the flushing timereverts to 7 seconds. In addition tosaving water, dynamic flushing alsoprevents unhygienic appearanceand unpleasant odours.HyTronic Clean-HandyThe Clean-Handy enables the easydeactivation of flushing for cleaningpurposes and can be used withHyTronic and HyBasic flush systemsfor urinals. Once the cleaning modeis activated, the system stops flushingfor 10 minutes.
