Steps for Registration
(i) Go to website http://www.tenderwizard.com/REC
(ii) Click the link ‘Register Me’
(iii) Enter the details about the bidder as per format
(iv) Click ‘Create Profile’
(v) Bidder will get confirmation with Login ID and Password
B. Steps for application for Digital Signature from Tender Wizard:
(1) Download the Application Form from the website
http://www.tenderwizard.com/REC. Follow the instructions as provided
therein. In case of any assistance you may contact REC officers whose
address is given at the end of this letter.
(2) Technical Bid to be submitted through online mode only on website
WWW.tenderwizard.com/REC in the prescribed form Annexure- B
(3) Financial Bid to be submitted through online mode only on website
WWW.tenderwizard.com/REC in the prescribed form Annexure-C
(4) Design bid to be submitted separately in physical form.
C. Two Part Bid:
Part -I constitute:-
(1) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.20,000 (Rupees twenty thousand
only) in the form of DD in favour of Rural Electrification Corporation Limited
on a scheduled commercial bank payable at New Delhi. To attach scan
copy as well as in a separate sealed envelop. Appendix-A
(2) “Technical Bid” to be submitted online as well as in a separate sealed
envelop. Technical bid should have one creative mock-up model along
with concept write-up to be submitted separately in physical form.
Part-II constitute:- Financial Bid to be submitted online. Financial Bid will be
valid for 90 days.
Last Date for submission: The Technical & Financial Bids complete in all respects
along with Design Bid should be addressed to the undersigned, Corporate
Communications, Rural Electrification Corporation, Core-4, Scope Complex, 7 Lodi
Road, New Delhi-110003 and submitted latest by 11.00 AM on 19.10.2012.
Submission of Technical and Financial bids after 11.00 AM on 19.10.2012 will not be
entertained. Technical bid will be opened on 19.10.2012 at 11:30 AM.
Presentation:-You will be required to give presentation of your design concept to
Committee members on the dated decided by REC.
Clarification on bid documents: The rental charges towards the space are not
within the scope of work. You are requested to understand the job properly before
quoting the rates. Submission of the tender by the bidder implies that he has read all
the documents and has made himself fully aware of the work. In case you need any
clarification on the bid documents, please make all your correspondence to Rama
Vijay, CM(CCPR) or Shri K.Ashish Rao, Sr.Officer (CCPR) (9582150577). All such
clarifications should reach this office five (5) days before the close of the bid date to
be eligible for written reply from us. Any clarification received less than five days
before the close of the bid date will not be answered.
