We also pride our self on safetyand are CHAS / PASA and Safecontractoraccredited and are prequalified with Constructionlineto simplify tendering qualification and specification”The boiler selected for this project was the newHeatGEN heating boiler hire model MBR100 as ithad the following features that provided speed ofinstallation and allowed the construction company tomove the hire boiler from one building to anotherbuilding on the industrial site and connection toexisting systems is made simple by using quick fitflexible hoses, it also provided without modificationtime clock control and building protection duringfrosts and colder weather.The heating boiler hire unit came with a time clockto enable accurate timings for each temperatureraise required to dry the floor without damage.Another feature was the frost stat which providedthe same building protection as a fixed installation.Equipment supplied by Watkins Hire included aHeatGEN MBR 100kW mobile oil fired heating boilerand quick fit flexible heating pipework, a FuelPAK421000-litre bunded fuel tank, the fuel tank was UN &ADR compliant which allowed it to be legallydelivered to site full of fuel, which allowed same daydelivery with our own hiab and commissioning.Watkins hire provided piece of mind and support tothe construction site manager ensuring fuel supplieswere constantly monitored and maintained, byproviding a web based fuel monitoring telemetrysystem which monitored remotely fuel consumptionand automatically re-ordered when refuelling wasrequired, this fuel management feature is unique toWatkins Boiler Hire and is offered completely free ofcharge.The Construction site manager said “We haveworked with other companies in the past for floordrying with varying results; we were very surprisedby the standard of the equipment supplied and thelevel of service supplied by Watkins Boiler Hire.
