The perpetrator published advertisementson-line concerning the sale of women for sexual purposes.The women were exploited by male sex-purchasersin the perpetrator’s home, at local hotels andhostels, as well as the purchasers’ own homes andbusiness premises. The convicted person appealedagainst the sentence to the Supreme Court but withdrewthat appeal. Up to September 2011, 73 orders ofsummary punishment had been issued in this casebased on 427 reports concerning the purchase of sexualservices.
