TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDER GENERAL RULESSECTION Aprivity of contract with the DoD or USG prior to accepting any shipments. The cost bearermust agree he or she has no right of legal recourse or legal standing to assert a claim againstDoD or the USG for payment under 31 U.S.C. 3726. The clause will state all partiesacknowledge that a BL listing a DoD agency, military service, other USG agency, or otherauthorized DTS user, as the shipper, consignee, or consignor on the BL makes the BL a nonnegotiableBL. All parties agree they cannot delay delivery of cargo or demand the FSpayment or any other payment as a precondition for timely delivery of a shipment.6. TSP’s who fail to comply with the requirements of this provision may be subject to anadministrative determination to place the TSP in non-use or suspension status.O. Shipments in Continuous MovementFor shipments in continuous movement that travel by multiple modes, security and otherapplicable accessorial services required will be IAW modal requirements established in DTR4500.9R, Chapter 205.P. Shipment StatusStatus of any shipment tendered within 24 hours will be provided upon request.Q.
