In 1998, we became the first company in the writing instrumentsindustry to receive certification under the world’s most stringent environmentalmanagement system, EMAS. This has been reaffirmed severaltimes in the interim.Our aim is to continuously improve all direct and indirect environmentalservices, involving the protection of natural resources, the efficient useof energy and the reduction of waste and emissions.
