How does it work?The STARCUT stubble management system is based around the cuttingheight of the combine harvester and the stubble height at the completion ofthe harvesting operation.The higher standing stubble is then mulched using a Spearhead STARCUTmulcher with a trailed harrow.Stubble height –Why so important?Stubble height has a dramatic impact on combine performance. The independent evaluation of the new system undertaken overa four year period fully endorses the STARCUT stubble managementapproach.
