<strong>Alexander</strong> <strong>Boss</strong> <strong>new</strong> <strong>member</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>IFOS</strong> Management Committee<br />
Vaduz, September 18, 2007 – <strong>Alexander</strong> <strong>Boss</strong> has been appointed as a <strong>new</strong> <strong>member</strong> <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Management Committee <strong>of</strong> <strong>IFOS</strong> Internationale Fonds Service AG, a wholly owned<br />
subsidiary <strong>of</strong> the <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Group. In the course <strong>of</strong> the <strong>new</strong> structuring <strong>of</strong> the fund<br />
business Wolfgang Mayer and Peter Bargetze, the former <strong>member</strong>s <strong>of</strong> the Management<br />
Committee, have decided to leave <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Group.<br />
Subject to formal verification by the FMA, <strong>Alexander</strong> <strong>Boss</strong>, (1972, citizen <strong>of</strong> Liechtenstein) will take<br />
up his <strong>new</strong> seat in the <strong>IFOS</strong> Management Committee. The federally certified banking pr<strong>of</strong>essional,<br />
<strong>Alexander</strong> <strong>Boss</strong> joined <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> in 1989. Among other things he has gained a broad spectrum <strong>of</strong><br />
specialized know-how in the field <strong>of</strong> investment funds while also working at <strong>IFOS</strong>. In his most<br />
recent position, he was Head <strong>of</strong> Securities Processing.<br />
Information regarding the appointment <strong>of</strong> the second <strong>member</strong> <strong>of</strong> the <strong>IFOS</strong> Management<br />
Committee will be provided at a later date.<br />

and <strong>VP</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> as reliable partners in all fund-related matters.<br />
