Effective with shipments <strong>October</strong> 1, <strong>2012</strong>, the Raw Material Surcharge (<strong>RMS</strong>) for special bar quality<br />
products will be $217/ton ($10.85/cwt). This represents a decrease of $33/ton ($1.65/cwt) from last<br />

mean divided by the yield factor.<br />
This surcharge will be tied to the monthly AMM Free Market Price for Ferro Alloys established two months<br />
prior. Adjustments will be made monthly.<br />
