They includeMr. Yigal Ariha, Hagit and HanielRodrigues-Garcia, Miriam Jacobi andSmadar Izakts. Alex loved going toShabbat and Yom Tov services, to beamong his long-time friends.Following his graduation fromGeorge Washington University Alexworked in criminal investigations forthe Internal Revenue Intelligence andMedicare Fraud Division, and laterworked for the Maryland State Policein Special Investigations. He alsoserved in the U.S. Air Force Reserve,retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel andwas a life member of the AmericanLegion, Jewish War Veterans, VFW,Maryland Law Enforcement Association,NRAas well as a32nd DegreeMason.Alexwas thebrother-inlawof Mr.and Mrs.RaymondZilber.RaymondZilber served as the ExecutiveDirector of Beth Jacob for many years.As an expression of his love anddevotion to Beth Jacob, Alex lefta generous bequest to benefit theCongregation.
