In 2003, the Innovation Group assessed the revenue potential for slot machines in <strong>Pennsylvania</strong><br />

in a number of development scenarios. The following development scenario from the 2003<br />

Of these assumed developments, all but two—Shrewsbury and the second Philadelphia casino—<br />

have been developed in some form. Although Long Pond was not developed, the Mt. Airy<br />

Casino is a proximate location, and a casino was developed in Bethlehem instead of Allentown.<br />

The following table compares the development assumptions in the 2003 report with the current<br />

level of build-out.<br />
