Starting free safety for Green Bay in Super Bowls I and II, broke open a close contest inthird quarter of Super Bowl I, intercepting a Len Dawson pass and returning it 50 yards to the Chiefs’5. Had 48 career interceptions. Won <strong>NFL</strong> title in 1962 with nine thefts. Also captured league punt-returncrown in 1961 with 16.1-yard average.
