<strong>Dr</strong> Mićko RADULOVIĆ, <strong>redovni</strong> <strong>profesor</strong>, rođen <strong>je</strong> u <strong>08.</strong> <strong>novembra</strong>1948. godine u Nikšiću, od oca Đorđija i majke Mare, rođene Vujković.Gimnaziju <strong>je</strong> završio u Nikšiću 1967. godine. Diplomirao <strong>je</strong> na Rudarskogeološkomfakultetu u Beogradu, sm<strong>je</strong>ru za inžen<strong>je</strong>rsku geologiju ihidrogeologiju 1973. godine, magistrirao <strong>je</strong> 1992. godine i doktorirao1997. godine, na istom fakultetu, iz oblasti hidrogeologi<strong>je</strong> karsta.Od 1973 – 1993. godine radio <strong>je</strong> u Zavodu za geološka istraživanja CrneGore, kao saradnik i samostalni ovlašćeni geolog, gd<strong>je</strong> <strong>je</strong> u više navrata, bio rukovodilacSektora za inžen<strong>je</strong>rsku geologiju i hidrogeologiju. Od 1993. radi na Građevinskom fakultetu,Univerziteta Crne Gore. U zvan<strong>je</strong> asistenta izabran <strong>je</strong> 1994. godine, u zvan<strong>je</strong> docenta 1997.godine, u zvan<strong>je</strong> vanrednog <strong>profesor</strong>a 2003. godine, a u zvan<strong>je</strong> redovnog <strong>profesor</strong>a 20<strong>08.</strong>godine, za predmete Geologija i Inžen<strong>je</strong>rska geologija. U periodu od 1998-2000. obavljao <strong>je</strong>dužnost prodekana za finansi<strong>je</strong>, a od 2003-2005. bio <strong>je</strong> šef Katedre za geotehniku.U proteklom radnom periodu, pored držanja nastave, učestvovao <strong>je</strong> na izradi i realizacijibrojnih složenih pro<strong>je</strong>kata iz oblasti hidrogeologi<strong>je</strong>, inžen<strong>je</strong>rske geologi<strong>je</strong> i seizmogeologi<strong>je</strong>.Kao rukovodilac radova ili saradnik, uradio <strong>je</strong> veliki broj pro<strong>je</strong>kata, studija i elaborata iznavedenih oblasti, hidrogeoloških i inžen<strong>je</strong>rsko geoloških karata različitih razm<strong>je</strong>ra i nam<strong>je</strong>nai seizmogeoloških podloga. Realizacijom pro<strong>je</strong>kata hidrogeoloških istraživanja, kojima <strong>je</strong>rukovodio ili bio saradnik na pro<strong>je</strong>ktu, stvoreni su uslovi za r<strong>je</strong>šavan<strong>je</strong> problemavodosnabdi<strong>je</strong>vanja brojnih naselja u Crnoj Gori, uključujući i regionalno vodosnabdi<strong>je</strong>van<strong>je</strong>Crnogorskog primorja sa izvorišta Bol<strong>je</strong> Sestre. Realizacijom pro<strong>je</strong>kata detaljnih geotehničkihistraživanja, kojima <strong>je</strong> rukovodio, urađena <strong>je</strong> geotehnička dokumentacija za idejne i glavnegrađevinske pro<strong>je</strong>kte rekonstrukci<strong>je</strong> i izgradn<strong>je</strong> po<strong>je</strong>dinih regionalnih i magistralnih puteva uCrnoj Gori, uključujući i autoput Bar – Boljari. Kao rukovodilac radova ili član stručnog timaučestvovao <strong>je</strong> u realizaciji višedecenijskog pro<strong>je</strong>kta izrade Osnovne hidrogeološke karte 1:100000 za teritoriju Crne Gore, definisanju geotehničkih uslova izgradn<strong>je</strong> brana i akumulacija napo<strong>je</strong>dinim vodotocima (Ćehotina, Komarnica i dr.), hidrogeoloških uslova ovodn<strong>je</strong>nostiugljonosnog basena Maoče kod Pl<strong>je</strong>valja, odvodnjavanja Cetinjskog polja, kao i na izradiseizmogeoloških podloga, odnosno seizmičkih mikrorejonizacija urbanih područja na teritorijiCrne Gore. Vršio <strong>je</strong> geotehnički nadzor ili učestvovao na izvođenju kompleksnih geološkihistraživanja za tunele (Sozina, Vrmac, Ivica) i mostove na Morači (Union Bridge, Milenijum,Moračica), Ci<strong>je</strong>vni, Ribnici, Marsenića ri<strong>je</strong>ci i dr. Kao koordinator i obrađivač učestvovao <strong>je</strong>na izradi Sektorske studi<strong>je</strong>: Prirodne karakteristike, za potrebe izrade Prostornog Plana CrneGore (2005.godina). Bio <strong>je</strong> član Saradničkog tima na Pro<strong>je</strong>ktu Crnogorske akademi<strong>je</strong> nauka ium<strong>je</strong>tnosti: Crna Gora u XXI stoleću u eri kompetitivnosti, odnosno potpro<strong>je</strong>ktu – Energija,koja <strong>je</strong> štampana 2010. godine u posebnoj knjizi Akademi<strong>je</strong>.Mićko Radulović <strong>je</strong> poznati naučni radnik, u zemlji i inostranstvu, posebno iz oblastihidrogeologi<strong>je</strong> karsta. U okvirima svo<strong>je</strong> naučno-istraživačke d<strong>je</strong>latnosti, rukovodio <strong>je</strong> ili biosaradnik na velikom broju naučnih pro<strong>je</strong>kata, ima preko 70 naučnih radova objavl<strong>je</strong>nih udomaćim i međunarodnim časopisima, kongresima i simpozijumima, autor <strong>je</strong> ili koautor 12posebnih publikacija (knjige, univerzitetski udžbenik, monografi<strong>je</strong>, bibliografi<strong>je</strong>,hidrogeološki i ekološki vodiči, štampane hidrogeološke karte sa Tumačima i dr.). KnjigaHidrogeologija karsta Crne Gore, koja <strong>je</strong> citirana od strane brojnih domaćih i inostranihistraživača, obrađu<strong>je</strong> veoma složenu hidrogeološku problematiku za ci<strong>je</strong>lu teritoriju CrneGore i predstavlja značajan naučni doprinos upoznavanju hidrogeologi<strong>je</strong> karsta Crne Gore i
uopšte. Od posebnog značaja <strong>je</strong> i knjiga Vodni potencijali Crne Gore, u kojoj kao <strong>je</strong>dan odautora obrađu<strong>je</strong> podzemne vode karstnih terena Crne Gore. U proteklom periodu, bio <strong>je</strong>aktivno uključen u radu strukovnih udruženja iz oblasti geologi<strong>je</strong> i srodnih disciplina kao ibrojnih ekspertskih timova za r<strong>je</strong>šavan<strong>je</strong> složenih problema iz oblasti voda i geotehnike. Bio<strong>je</strong> član Izvršnog odbora Jugoslovenskog društva za mehaniku sti<strong>je</strong>na i podzemne radove, članizvršnog, organizacionog i redakcionog odbora Jugoslovenskog komiteta za inžen<strong>je</strong>rskugeologiju i hidrogeologiju; član organizacinog odbora Kongresa geologa Jugoslavi<strong>je</strong>;preds<strong>je</strong>dnik Speleološkog društva Crne Gore; član Stručnog sav<strong>je</strong>ta za energetiku; članStručnog sav<strong>je</strong>ta za korišćen<strong>je</strong> hidroenergetskih potencijala vodotoka; član Naučnog sv<strong>je</strong>tanacionalnih parkova Crne Gore; član Ekspertske grupe Savezne vlade za oc<strong>je</strong>nu opravdanostiprevođenja di<strong>je</strong>la voda Tare u Moraču; član Ekspertske grupe Vlade Crne Gore, zasagledavan<strong>je</strong> mogućnosti regulaci<strong>je</strong> Skadarskog <strong>je</strong>zera, <strong>Dr</strong>ima i Bojane; član Ekspertskegrupe Elektroprivrede Crne Gore za raspod<strong>je</strong>lu hidroenergetskih potencijala Bilećkog <strong>je</strong>zera;preds<strong>je</strong>dnik Komisi<strong>je</strong> za proc<strong>je</strong>nu Pro<strong>je</strong>kta Korišćen<strong>je</strong> voda putem flaširanja na koncesionomprincipu po BOT-aranžmanu, pri Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede; članpro<strong>je</strong>ktnog tima Vlade Crne Gore za praćen<strong>je</strong> realizaci<strong>je</strong> pro<strong>je</strong>kta izgradn<strong>je</strong> autoputeva uCrnoj Gori; član Odbora za geologiju pri CANU; član ekspertskog tima za rehabilitaciju irazvoj geologi<strong>je</strong> u Jugoslaviji; član Komisi<strong>je</strong> za polagan<strong>je</strong> stručnih ispita iz oblasti geologi<strong>je</strong>;član internacionalne asocijaci<strong>je</strong> hidrogeologa (IAH); član Akademi<strong>je</strong> inžen<strong>je</strong>rskih nauka CrneGore; član Jugoslovenske Inžen<strong>je</strong>rske Akademi<strong>je</strong> (JINA); član Crnogorske asocijaci<strong>je</strong> zazemljotresno inžen<strong>je</strong>rstvo (CAZI), član <strong>Dr</strong>žavnog Sav<strong>je</strong>ta Crne Gore za vode, delegat SRJugoslavi<strong>je</strong> na “31st International geological Congress, 2000, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.Dobitnik <strong>je</strong> Povel<strong>je</strong> zaslužnog člana, za izvanredne zasluge na ostvarivanju cil<strong>je</strong>va i zadatakaKomiteta za hidrogeologiju i inžen<strong>je</strong>rsku geologiju, Diplome zaslužnog člana Savezaspeleologa Jugoslavi<strong>je</strong>, Povel<strong>je</strong> / Zahvalnice, za pomoć u otklanjanju posl<strong>je</strong>dica odkatastrofalnih poplava Opštine Cetin<strong>je</strong>, III nagrade na Jugoslovenskom javnom konkursu zar<strong>je</strong>šavan<strong>je</strong> problema vodosnabdi<strong>je</strong>vanja Budve, Zahvalnice Nacionalnog komiteta, IAH,Srbija i Crna Gora, za doprinos usp<strong>je</strong>šnom organizovanju međunarodne konferenci<strong>je</strong> “Karst2005. Vodni resursi i ekološki problemi u karstu”, Beograd – Kotor 2005.Ožen<strong>je</strong>n <strong>je</strong>, ima suprugu Rajku, sinove Miletu i Milana i kćerku Milicu.Mićko RADULOVIĆ, PhD, Full professor, was born on 8th November 1948 in Nikšić. Hisfather’s name is Đorđi<strong>je</strong> and mather’s name is Mara, maiden name Vujković. He finishedHigh school in Nikšić in 1967. He graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology inBelgrade, Department of Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology in 1973. He obtained hismaster degree in 1992 and PhD degree in 1997 at the same Faculty, in the field of karsthydrogeology.Since 1973 until 1993 he worked at the Institute for Geological Research of Montenegro, asan associate and an independent authorized geologist, where he was, on several occasions, theHead of the Department of Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology. Since 1993 he works atthe Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro. He was elected as the assistant in1994, as the Assistant professor in the 1997 and as Associate professor in 2003, and as Fullprofessor in 2008, for the courses Geology and Engineering geology. In the period since 1998until 2000 he was the vice Dean of Finance, and from 2003-2005 he was Head of theDepartment of Geotechnical Engineering.In the previous working period, in addition to lecturing, he participated in the developmentand implementation of numerous complex pro<strong>je</strong>cts in the field of hydrogeology, engineeringgeology and seismology. As the manager or co-worker, he has done a large number of
designs, studies and reports from these areas, hydro-geological and engineering geologicalmaps of different scales and purposes and seismic-geological layers. With the implementationof the pro<strong>je</strong>cts of hydro-geological researches, which he led or collaborated on the pro<strong>je</strong>ct, theconditions for solving of problems of water supply of many villages in Montenegro werecreated, including the regional water supply of Montenegrin coast from the water source Bol<strong>je</strong>Sestre. With the implementation of designs of detailed geotechnical researches, which he led,geotechnical documentation were prepared for general and main designs of reconstruction andconstruction of certain regional and main roads in Montenegro, including the highway Bar -Boljari. As the manager or member of a professional team he participated in the realization ofa decades-long pro<strong>je</strong>ct of preparation of Basic hydro-geological map 1:100 000 for theterritory of Montenegro, the definition of geotechnical conditions for construction of damsand reservoirs in some streams (Ćehotina, Komarnica, etc.), hydro-geological conditions ofwater presence in coal basin Maoče near Pl<strong>je</strong>vlja, drainage of Cetin<strong>je</strong> fields, and developmentof seismic-geological surfaces or seismic micro-zoning of urban areas in the territory ofMontenegro. He has performed the geotechnical supervision or participated in the executionof complex geological researches for tunnels (Sozina, Vrmac, Ivica) and bridges over therivers: Morača (Union Bridge, Millennium, Moračica), Ci<strong>je</strong>vna, Ribnica, Marsenića River andothers. As coordinator and the processor he participated in the preparation of Sectoral Studies:Natural Features, for the needs of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (2005). He was a memberof the Collaborating Team for the Pro<strong>je</strong>ct of Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts:Montenegro in the XXI century in the era of competitiveness, namely subpro<strong>je</strong>ct - Energy,which was published in 2010 in a special book of the Academy.Mićko Radulović is a famous scientist, both at home and abroad, especially in the field ofkarst hydrogeology. In the framework of his scientific-research activities, he directed orcollaborated in many research pro<strong>je</strong>cts. He has over 70 scientific papers published in nationaland international journals, congresses and symposia. He is the author or coauthor of 12separate publications (books, university textbooks, monographs, bibliographies, hydrogeologicaland ecological guides, printed with hydro-geological maps with interpreters, etc.).The book Karst Hydrogeology of Montenegro, which was cited by many domestic andforeign researchers, treats very complex hydro-geological issues for the entire territory ofMontenegro and presents significant scientific contribution to learning about karsthydrogeology of Montenegro and in general. Of particular importance is the book Waterpotential of Montenegro, in which, as one of the authors, deals with ground water of karstterrain of Montenegro. In the past, he was actively involved in the work of professionalassociations in the field of geology and related disciplines as well as in a number of expertteams for solving of complex problems in the field of water and geotechnics. He was amember of the Executive Board of the Yugoslav Association for Rock Mechanics andUnderground Works, member of the Executive, Organizational, and the Editorial Board of theYugoslav Committee for Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology. He was the member oforganizational board of Congress of Geologists of Yugoslavia, chairman of SpeleologicalAssociation of Montenegro; member of the Expert Council of Energy; member of the ExpertCouncil for the use of hydropower potential of rivers; a member of the Scientific Council forNational Parks of Montenegro; a member of the Expert Group of the Federal Government forestimation of the feasibility of conveying of water from Tara into the Moraca; a member ofthe Expert Group of the Government of Montenegro for identifying the possibilities forregulation of Skadar Lake, <strong>Dr</strong>im and Bojana; a member of the Expert Group of ElectricPower Industry of Montenegro for the distribution of hydropower potentials of Lake inBileća; chairman of the Commission for assessment of the Pro<strong>je</strong>ct the Use of waters bybottling in concession principle of the BOT arrangement, within the Ministry of Agriculture,Forestry and Water Management; a member of the pro<strong>je</strong>ct team of the Government of
Montenegro for monitoring the implementation of the construction of highways inMontenegro; a member of the Board of Geology at the Montenegrin Academy of Sciencesand Arts; a member of the Expert team on Rehabilitation and Development of Geology inYugoslavia; a member of the Commission for professional examination in the field ofgeology; a member of the International association of hydro-geologists (IAH); a member ofthe Academy of Engineering Sciences of Montenegro; a member of the Yugoslav Academy ofEngineering (JINA); a member of the Montenegrin Association for Earthquake Engineering(Cazi), a member of the National Council of Montenegro for water; a representative of theFederal Republic of Yugoslavia at ‘31st International Geological Congress’, 2000, Rio deJaneiro, Brasil.He received a Charter for meritorious member for outstanding contributions to the accomplishmentof the ob<strong>je</strong>ctives and tasks of the Committee of Hydrogeology and EngineeringGeology, Diploma for meritorious member of the Association of speleologists of Yugoslavia,Charter / Acknowledgement for help in reverse of the consequences of catastrophic floodingin the Municipality of Cetin<strong>je</strong>, third prize at the Yugoslav public competition for solvingproblems of water supply in Budva, Acknowledgments of National Committee IAH, Serbiaand Montenegro, for his contribution to the successful organization of internationalconference ‘Karst 2005- Water resources and ecological problems in karst’, Belgrade - Kotorin 2005.He is married, he has a wife Rajka, sons Mileta and Milan and a daughter Milica.
