We asked where theyere going in such a stormnd they seriously responded,“We’re going to visit the elderly.”Hearing Loss: A man istalking to the family doctor.“Doc, I think my wife’s goingdeaf.”The doctor answers,“Well, here’s something youcan try on her to test her hearing.Stand some distanceaway from her and ask her aquestion. If she doesn’t answer,move a little closer andask again. Keep repeating thisuntil she answers. Then you’llbe able to tell just how hardof hearing she really is.”The man goes home andtries it out. He walks in thedoor and says, “Honey,what’s for dinner?” Hedoesn’t hear an answer, so hemoves closer to her. “Honey,what’s for dinner?” Still noanswer.
