MH0025/MH0025C two phase MOS clock drivergeneral descriptionThe MH0025/MH0025C is monolithic, low cost, two phase MOS clock driver that is designed to bedriven by TTL/DTL line drivers or buffers such asthe DM932, DM8830, or DM7440. Two inputcoupling capacitors are used to perform the levelshift from TTL/DTL to MOS logic levels. Optimumperformance in turn-off delay and fall time areobtained when the output pulse is logically controlledby the input. However, output pulse widthsmay be set by selection of the input capacitorseliminating the need for tight input pulse control.featuresClock Drivers• 8-lead TO-5 or 8-lead dual-in-line package• High Output Voltage Swings-up to 30V• High Output Current Drive Capability-up to1.5A• Rep.
