�� A <strong>discount</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Rs</strong> <strong>250</strong> <strong>will</strong> <strong>be</strong> <strong>applied</strong> on orders <strong>of</strong> <strong>Rs</strong> 499/- and above on all merchandise
available on the website www.Indiaplaza.com. The Customer has to visit
www.Indiaplaza.com to avail the <strong>of</strong>fer
� This voucher would <strong>be</strong> given to all Axis Bank Netsecure registered customers who book
a Train Ticket using www.irctc.co.in and use Axis Bank Internet Banking to make the
payment
� <strong>Rs</strong>.<strong>250</strong> E- Voucher <strong>will</strong> <strong>be</strong> valid till August 31, 2012 and hence should <strong>be</strong> redeemed
within this validity period. Indiaplaza & Axis Bank shall not <strong>be</strong> held liable and
responsible for any lapses / unused voucher by the customer
�� In order to avail the <strong>discount</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Rs</strong>.<strong>250</strong> which <strong>will</strong> <strong>be</strong> <strong>applied</strong> on the order placed online
the eligible customer <strong>will</strong> have to apply the special promo code provided by Axis Bank
by SMS, failing which the customer shall not <strong>be</strong> eligible for availing the <strong>discount</strong>.
Indiaplaza shall not <strong>be</strong> held liable and responsible in this regard
�� Every successful rail booking till July 31 would entail the customer to a gift voucher
�� The E-Voucher can <strong>be</strong> used only once

� The <strong>be</strong>nefits under the <strong>of</strong>fer cannot <strong>be</strong> used to purchase Gift certificates/vouchers or
club<strong>be</strong>d with other <strong>of</strong>fers running on the website www.indiaplaza.com. In case <strong>of</strong> any
dispute or discretion, Axis Bank’s decision shall <strong>be</strong> binding on all customers
�� The customer agrees that that participation in the Program is good and sufficient
consideration to <strong>be</strong> bound by these Terms and Conditions
� Axis Bank customers whose mobile num<strong>be</strong>rs are registered for Netsecure are eligible for
this <strong>of</strong>fer. The Voucher <strong>will</strong> <strong>be</strong> sent by SMS to the num<strong>be</strong>r registered for SMS Banking
� The Voucher code <strong>will</strong> also <strong>be</strong> sent to Mobile Num<strong>be</strong>rs that are registered in the DNC
Registry.
�� Axis Bank holds no warranty and is not representative <strong>of</strong> the delivery, service, suitability,
merchantability or quality <strong>of</strong> the product / service, contents <strong>of</strong> the products/services under

damage or claims that may arise out <strong>of</strong> or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honor

�� Any dispute relating to the <strong>of</strong>fer or the terms and conditions shall <strong>be</strong> subject to the
jurisdiction <strong>of</strong> the courts in Mumbai only
�� The <strong>discount</strong> is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot <strong>be</strong> encashed
