Press the remote control’sFAV button to cycle through the lists. See Section 6-1,“Using Favorite Channel Lists,” on page 6.3 for details.Remote Control Not ProgrammedIf you cannot operate a component with the remotecontrol, first ensure that the associated componentbutton (DVD, VCR, AUX, or TV) is selected. If thecorrect button is selected, you need to program theremote control to operate the component. SeeSection 3-2, “Programming the Remote Control to OperateOther Components,” on page 3.9 for details.Program <strong>Guide</strong> Load InterruptedIf the program guide load is interrupted at startup,certain channels may not be available temporarily.<strong>Guide</strong> load interruptions could occur as a result ofsatellite blockage (see “Satellite Signal Blocked” onpage 10.6). The missing channels will eventually berestored as the receiver completes the program guidedownload during normal operation.10.8<strong>Receiver</strong> Locked UpSince your mobile receiver is a computingcomponent, it is susceptible to erratic changes inpower and/or signal, like any computer, and thesesudden changes can cause it to become “confused.”To clear this condition, try pressing the remotecontrol’s SAT button before trying to control thereceiver. If that doesn’t work, turn off vehicle/vesselpower or the receiver’s power switch for 30 seconds,then turn it back on.Outside Designated Market Area (DMA)Local channels are available only within theDesignated Market Area (DMA) used on youraccount. The antenna cannot receive local channels ifyou travel outside of your DMA.System Not Set Up for All SatellitesIf your antenna system supports multiple satellites,you can choose to omit certain satellites from thesystem’s list of available satellites. If you do so, youwill not be able to access channels that are carried onthose omitted satellites. For details, see Section 9-6,“Changing the List of Available Satellites” on page 9.10.54-0376
