Simply moving to clear an obstruction willrestore signal quality. Rain clouds, heavy rain, andsnow can also affect satellite signal reception. Formore details about satellite blockage, see Section 1-3,“Receiving Satellite TV Signals,” on page 1.5.In addition, dirt, snow, ice, or heavy moisture on theantenna dome can disrupt satellite signals, so be sureto clean the antenna periodically.Satellite Coverage Issue<strong>TracVision</strong> will provide good satellite TV receptionthroughout the entire satellite coverage area.However, signal quality can be degraded as youapproach the fringe of this area. For more details about satellite coverage, seeSection 1-3, “Receiving Satellite TV Signals,” on page 1.5.Weak Satellite SignalJust like radio stations, some satellite TV channelstransmit a stronger signal than others. If you’reunable to receive a clear signal on one channel, tryswitching to another channel.
