Highlight the menu button for the setting youwish to modify:Menu LanguagePress SELECT to choose either English (default) orSpanish for the menu language. The text in allonscreen menus will be shown in the selectedlanguage.Time ZonePress SELECT to bring up the time zone pop-upmenu. Then highlight your time zone and pressSELECT. The program guide will show programmingtimes based on this time zone. The default setting isthe time zone used on your account.Daylight SavingPress SELECT to bring up the Daylight Saving popupmenu. Then highlight the desired daylight savingoption (Observed, Not Observed, or Default) andpress SELECT.Banner StylePress SELECT to choose either a Short or Full bannerstyle. A full banner always shows the programdescription within the channel banner; a short bannershows just the program’s title.APG Load TypePress SELECT to choose either a Fast or Full programguide load. With fast load selected, you should see apicture on the TV within 15 seconds after startup.With full load selected, you might have to wait 45seconds or more to see a picture on the TV. Therefore,KVH recommends that you keep APG Load Type setto Fast.Factory DefaultsWhen you press the INFO button whilewatching TV, a full channel banner isdisplayed, regardless of the Banner Stylesetting.Press SELECT to restore the Preferences options totheir original factory settings.8.1054-0376
