In Accordance With (IAW) Title10, congressional and presidential directives; TMIP-AF providesthe warfighter a lifelong electronic health record which can be accessed by theContinental United States (CONUS), Outside the Continental United States(OCONUS) and Veterans Administration (VA) medical providers.
