员 工 天 地 Employee Corner各 路 “ 大 牛 ” 齐 过 招—2011 年 “GE 牛 人 大 搜 索 ” 活 动What Makes a Maverick?— 2011 “Calling All GE Mavericks” Campaign勇 于 创 新 , 用 专 业 打 造 权 威 —“CT 领 域 专 利 牛 人 ” 王 学 礼Creativity through Expertise —“CT Field Patent Maverick” Wang Xueli2001 年 , 王 学 礼 进 入 了 GE 上 海 研 究 开 发 中 心 , 并 于 2003 年 9 月 进 入 北 京 航 卫 通 用 电 气 医 疗 系 统 。 在 GE, 王 学 礼 一 直从 事 有 关 CT 影 像 链 领 域 的 研 发 工 作 , 是 目 前 GE 医 疗 中 国 技 术 部 申 请 专 利 最 多 的 发 明 人 。 也 是 唯 一 发 明 专 利 金 奖 获 得 者 。目 前 , 王 学 礼 在 CT 专 业 领 域 已 经 申 请 专 利 41 项 有 余 。 其 中 一 半 比 例 为 第 一 或 单 独 发 明 人 , 其 余 为 合 作 发 明 人 。 由 于 其出 色 的 创 新 表 现 , 自 2004 年 以 来 王 学 礼 兼 职 担 任 部 门 知 识 产 权 领 导 , 推 动 实 现 部 门 专 利 数 量 近 三 翻 , 使 北京 CT 部 门 获 得 了 GE 内 部 全 球 专 利 申 请 决 定 权 , 意 味 着 北 京 CT 部 门 拥 有 同 美 国 、 日 本 部 门 相 同 的 专利 决 定 能 力 和 权 力 。 另 外 , 其 多 年 来 一 直 担 任 爱 迪 生 工 程 技 术 培 训 项 目 、 高 阶 工 程 师 培 训 课 程 及 初级 工 程 师 课 程 的 公 司 内 部 讲 师 , 并 被 评 为 医 疗 集 团 优 秀 讲 师 的 前 三 名 。自 从 2011 年 9 月 初 “GE 牛 人 大 搜 索 ” 活 动 在 全 国 开 展 以 来 ,GE 各 地 同 事 纷 纷 响 应 并 积 极 参 与 其 中 。 在 两 周 的 投 票 时 间 内 , 主 办方 共 收 到 了 1228 次 投 票 。 经 过 激 烈 角 逐 , 来 自 上 海 医 疗 集 团 的 “ 音 乐 爱 心 牛 人 ” 沈 、 杭 州 能 源 集 团 的 “ 献 血 牛 人 ” 胡 伟 平 、 无锡 医 疗 集 团 的 “ 家 具 模 型 牛 人 ” 朱 晓 东 、 中 国 研 发 中 心 的 “ 专 利 牛 人 ” 熊 日 华 以 及 北 京 医 疗 集 团 的 “CT 领 域 专 利 牛 人 ” 王 学 礼 当选 为 2011 年 度 “GE 牛 人 ”。 本 期 Life @ GE 将 带 您 走 近 这 些 “ 牛 人 ”, 一 起 听 听 他 们 背 后 的 故 事 。The “Calling All GE Mavericks” campaign was launched in early September 2011, aimed to discover GE employees who have specialskills or make outstanding contributions to society. After receiving 1,228 votes over the course of two weeks, “Music and LoveMaverick” Celine Shen from GE Healthcare Shanghai, “Blood Donation Maverick” Hu Weiping from GE Energy Hangzhou, “FurnitureModels Manufacture Maverick” Zhu Xiaodong from GE Healthcare Wuxi, “Patent Maverick” Xiong Rihua from GE CTC Shanghai and “CTField Patent Maverick” Wang Xueli from GE Healthcare Beijing received the most votes and became “GE Mavericks”. This issue of Life @GE will share their stories with you.In 2001, Wang Xueli joined GE CTC and later transferred to GE Healthcare in Beijing. Since then,Wang has engaged in the research of phantom chains and has obtained the most patentsfor GE during his tenure. He was the only employee awarded the gold medal for patentinventor. Wang has applied for more than 41 patents in the CT field, half of which were his owninventions. Wang has been in charge of the Intellectual Property Department since 2004, helpingto triple the number of patents the department holds to help GE CT Beijing gain a decisionmakingrole in global patent application. This means that GE CT Beijing has the same rights asGE America and GE Japan. Wang is also a company internal lecturer for the Edison EngineeringDevelopment Program, senior engineer curriculum and junior engineer curriculum, and has beenevaluated as one of the top 3 lecturers in GE Healthcare.无 偿 献 血 , 血 浓 情 更 浓 —“ 无 偿 献 血 牛 人 ” 胡 伟 平Blood Donation Warms Society —“Blood Donation Maverick” Hu Weiping音 乐 起 航 , 爱 让 天 使 来 唱 歌 —“ 音 乐 爱 心 牛 人 ” 沈Love Helps Create Angels —“Music and Love Maverick” Celine Shen胡 伟 平 是 GE 杭 州 电 气 能 源 Steam-COE 的 一 名 普 通 焊 工 , 自 2001 年 5 月 以 来 , 他 积 极 响 应 无 偿 献 血 公 益 事 业 的 号 召 ,至 今 已 连 续 义 务 献 血 十 载 。 并 在 2009 年 获 得 了 由 中 华 人 民 共 和 国 卫 生 部 和 红 十 字 总 会 以 及 中 国 人 民 解 放 军 总 后 勤 部 卫生 部 联 合 颁 发 的 全 国 无 偿 献 血 奉 献 奖 金 奖 。 至 今 为 止 , 胡 伟 平 已 无 偿 献 血 53 次 , 献 血 量 合 计 高 达 37000 毫 升 。 如 果 按一 个 成 年 人 全 身 血 量 为 4000 毫 升 计 算 , 他 献 的 血 是 他 全 身 血 液 的 九 倍 多 。 如 果按 救 助 一 个 病 人 平 均 需 要 800 毫 升 血 液 计 算 , 他 所 献 的 血 能 救 活 46 个 病 人 。 胡伟 平 说 只 要 自 己 身 体 健 康 , 只 要 自 己 符 合 国 家 献 血 的 规 定 , 他 就 会 将 献 血 一 直 坚持 下 去 , 为 社 会 贡 献 自 己 的 一 份 力 量 , 为 患 者 捐 出 自 己 的 一 份 爱 心 。Hu Weiping is your everyday welder, an employee of Steam-COE of GE Energy Hangzhou.He has been a blood donor since May 2001 and answers the call to support blood driveswhenever possible. In 2009, Hu was awarded the gold medal of the national blood donorby the Minister of Health of the People's Republic of China and Red Cross Society of China,and the Ministry of Health of the General Armament Department of Chinese People'sLiberation Army. So far, Hu has donated blood 53 times for a grand total of 37,000 ml ofblood – this equals nine times the amount of blood currently circulating in his body. Theblood was enough to save 46 patients if each patient needed 800 ml of blood. Aside from her office life, Celine hasanother identity as a percussionist in the Shanghai City Orchestra. From 2008, Celineinitiated a public welfare project named “The Salon of Sound of the Angels” with othermembers in the orchestra, which aims to share the joy of music with children afflictedwith autism. Since the Salon was founded, Celine has held more than 30 performancesfor the children and helped them put on their own on-stage performances. In Celine’seyes, every autistic child is a shy angel, and she hopes to lead them out of their closed,dark world with music, allowing them to experience the world’s beauty and life’srelationships better.59 LIFE at GELIFE at GE 60
