Attendees celebrated thechallenging but fruitful 2011 and embraced the unfolding 2012with hopes for another great year. The event was not only meantto celebrate the New Year, but also for colleagues from variousbusiness units to mingle, echoing “One GE” theme.Every participant used this opportunity to chat with othercolleagues. A lucky draw wrapped up the evening’s festivities,during which time the hall came alive with laughter and cheers.Winners and non-winners alike shared in the joy of the luck draw.At the close of the party, the participants toasted to a healthyand energetic new year and an even brighter future for GE.京 剧 造 型 齐 亮 相 —GE 中 国 航 空 2011 年 会 剪 影GE Aviation China Holds Annual Party2011 年 12 月 9 日 ,GE 航 空 中 国 第 一 次 在 上 海 举 办 盛 大 年 会 , 共 有 大 约 400 名 员 工 及 家 属 参 与 。 年 会 的 开 场 别 出 心 裁 , 航 空 集 团的 领 导 们 身 着 京 剧 服 装 , 穿 过 大 厅 , 在 舞 台 上 纷 纷 摆 出 个 性 造 型 对 到 场 员 工 表 示 欢 迎 。 紧 接 其 后 的 节 目 也 是 精 彩 纷 呈 , 员 工 们 展示 了 唱 歌 、 舞 蹈 、 舞 台 剧 等 才 艺 表 演 , 并 兴 致 勃 勃 地 参 与 了 现 场 游 戏 。 年 会 还 为 所 有 在 12 月 过 生 日 的 员 工 举 办 了 一 场 特 殊 的 生 日宴 会 。 大 家 度 过 了 一 个 愉 快 的 夜 晚 。On December 9, 2011, the GE China Aviation team hosted its annual party in Shanghai with about 400 employees and their family membersattending the celebration. The party kicked off with the leadership team wearing Beijing Opera costumes, walking through the room andstriking a unique pose on stage to get the party started. Following the fantastic welcome, a talent show was held with employees singing,dancing, putting on stage plays and playing other games. Guests included John Rice, Vice Chairman of GE and President andCEO of Global Growth and Operations along with the hub leaders of Greater China Women’s Network (WN). Several service awardswere presented including a special award to WN hubs in appreciation for their great contributions at GE. The evening was filled withinteresting games, entertainment and events - including a mesmerizing magic show and the ever popular GE Q&A session. More than 1,200 employeesattended the party. The GE Philharmonic Orchestra conductedby Rachel Duan, President and CEO of GE Healthcare GreaterChina and other leaders, performed a stunning symphonypiece that received thunderous applause. Later in theevening, colleagues from different teams put on wonderfulperformances.
