Bid / Tender Evaluation Criteria (B.E.C):-1. Authorized Applicator: -• The Bidder should be professional in the field of water proofing works &application of industrial coatings & must be an authorized applicator ofM/s Pidilit Industries or M/s Choksey Chemicals• Bidder has to provide back to back guarantee / warranty & inspection fromthe principal manufacturer /supplier for application & usage of theirproducts for the water proofing & coating works. An endorsement/certificate from principal manufacturer /supplier is a must & has to besubmitted with technical bid.2. Works Experience:-• Must have successfully completed at least one work order related to waterproofing with APP bituminous membrane & Painting of Industrial buildingswith Acrylic Elastomeric coatings awarded to them by Govt. Dep’t./ PSUs/Reputed Pvt. Companies during any one of the preceding 5 years valuingnot less than Rs 20 lacs. Copies of work orders with satisfactory completioncertificate & experiences to be submitted along with technical bid.• Bidder must submit list of all tools, tackles, steel scaffolding material &their capacities along with man power details available with him forexecution of works at LPG Plant Usar.3. Turn Over:-• The Annual Turnover of the bidder should be Rs 20 lacs or more in any oneof the last three financial years ending 31 st March 2005 (Bidder mustsubmit the turnover proof by providing Audited Balance Sheet and Profit &Loss Account. Net worth value shall be positive for preceding year.4. Statutory:-• The Bidders are required to submit the following valid certificates /documentary evidences with the technical bid.• Copy of registration with Provident fund.• Copy of registration for Service Tax.• Copy of registration for VAT Tax/Sales tax.• Copy of PAN No for Income Tax.Note: - Offers /Bids without the above documents shall be rejected.
