1918. CLEARANCE OF SITEAs a part of the contract the contractor shall completely remove alltemporary / disposables materials needed while execution of work athis own cost and initiative and dispose off the same to the locationsas directed by Engineer-In-Charge.19. ADHERENCE TO SAFETY REGULATIONS:Contractor shall insure that all safety precautions required shall beobserved at all times during the execution of the job. Fulfilling ofsafety requirements shall be the sole responsibility of thecontractor and the contractor has to make his own arrangementsfor ensuring safety requirements.20. NUISANCEThe contractor or his representative shall not at any time cause anynuisance on the site or do thing which shall cause unnecessarydisturbance to the owners or tenants or occupants or their propertiesnear the site and to the public generally.21. OWNER NOT BOUND BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIONThe contractor shall not be entitled to any increase on the schedulerates or any other right or claim whatsoever by reason of anyrepresentation, explanation statement or alleged representation,promise or guarantees given or called to have been to him by anyperson.22. SAMPLES <strong>FOR</strong> APPROVALThe contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-In-Charge for approvalsamples of all material to be used in the item/work. Such samplesshall be submitted before item/work is commenced in advance. It isthe responsibility of the contractor to arrange for tests as required byEngineer-In-Charge at his own cost. The material representingapproved samples shall only be used for the construction andinstallation. Contract shall procure materials as indicated in list ofapproved makes (if given). If list of approved makes is not given thenonly ISI marked materials are to be used by the contractor.23. ABNORMALLY HIGH RATES ITEMS (AHR)
