Science-fictionwriters have always made a big deal out of this, and thereare endless tales of astronauts dashing off to other planetsand, upon returning to earth, finding that hundreds ofyears have actually passed, even though they are onlymonths or years older.Physicists following Einstein's concepts assert thatnothing can exceed the speed of light without becominginfinite mass and being reduced to energy. However, if wewant to blow our minds altogether, we can speculate thatan energy particle might hit such a high frequency andmove so fast that it doesn't move at all. Energies beyondthe cosmic rays on our spectrum scale would have such avery high frequency that they would appear to bemotionless. A small group of American physicists are nowactually trying to build the equipment necessary to test thispossibility.These super-high frequencies would be far outside ourtime field, yet they could coexist all around us, and we haveno way of detecting or defining them. We could only guessat their existence, just as men guessed for hundreds of yearsabout atomic structure before we developed the technologyneeded to confirm the theories.To repeat this another way: If an astronaut can movemore slowly through the time field by accelerating throughthree-dimensional space, then it might be possible for asuper-high-frequency particle moving at super-high speedsto escape or be uninfluenced by our time field altogether.What I'm trying to do here is reduce the complexEinstein theory to the simplest of terms.Now then, how can all of this be applied to the UFO
