If your Department has not yet received your 2004 catalog or need additionalcopies, please contact a Corporate Express customer service representative (telephone 272-6600 / email tena.taylor@cexp.com). New 2004 catalogs may also be obtained fromUniversity Stores. Please discontinue use of the <strong>2003</strong> catalog after 11/30/<strong>2003</strong>.The most noteworthy change to the new contract is the inclusion of 2004 catalog itemswith net discounted unit prices up to $1000; the previous contract excluded catalog itemswith net discounted unit prices greater than $500.The new contract has the following pricing/discount structures:• Fixed/firm prices on high-volume, brand-specific core office supplies. These itemsare priced with deep discounts (up to 90%) from the 2004 catalog list price, and areitemized in contract lines 2 – 297. A list of these core office supplies is accessible athttp://www.fas.lsu.edu/purchasing/officesupply.htm, and includes search capabilitiesusing the ‘Find’ (Ctrl-F) function.• All remaining catalog items not itemized in the above list have been discounted 25 to50 percent. Contract net discounted pricing on these items may be obtained online atwww.eway.com [User ID is la and Password is louisiana – both in lower case].Any 2004 catalog item with a net discounted unit price exceeding $1000 is excluded underthis contract.Current LaCarte/E-Way users are advised that the LSU/Corporate Express online catalogand order entry website will reflect the new 2004 catalog, net discounted contract priceseffective 12/01/<strong>2003</strong>, without any interruption in service.
