Appendix B – Plant Additions and UpgradesThe following data represents PJM interconnection requests for new generating resources locatedin <strong>Pennsylvania</strong>. As of Jan. 31, <strong>2010</strong>, 13,167 MW or 13 percent of all PJM queued requests fornew generating resources or incremental additions to existing resources in <strong>Pennsylvania</strong>, receivedsince 1999, were placed in service. Projects withdrawn totaled 79,129 MW or 78 percent,representing 261 out of 464 projects.
