400.1.45final debiting of your university budgeted account(s) for the requisition are calculated in U.S.dollars, actual payment is made in appropriate foreign currency at the current exchange rate at thetime of payment.Requisitions for Customs Services RenderedAfter the goods are received from the designated source, the broker will bill the Universityseparately for the customs duties, reporting fees, and other administrative costs related to processingthe order through U.S. Customs. When the University Purchasing Office receives the brokerageservices invoice, the using department will be contacted and asked to submit a separate requisitionfor payment of these services.
