The programname changed from the Small Business Program to the historically underutilized business program(HUB) to better reflect the intent of this statewide program. ECSU shall report the amount ofpurchases made through these identified HUB’s (women, minority, and disabled owned business,disabled business enterprises, and non-profit workshops for the blind and severely disabled) to theNC Division of Purchase and Contract.
