400.4.7Adopted: 06/14/05ELIZABETH CITY STATE UNIVERSITYEstablishing A Budget CodeIn order to establish a new budget code, ECSU has to submit a request to the Office of StateBudget and Management. The request should indicate: (1) the reason for the new and/oradditional budget code; (2) the type of fund title, i.e. General Fund, Special Fund, Federal-Fund,and, (3) the recommendation from the Office of State Controller, the State Treasurer and thedepartment to establish the new budget code.
