Sheet 2 of 2INSTRUCTIONS FOR FURNISHING BID-GUARANTEE/BANK GUARANTEE1. The Bank Guarantee by bidders will be given on non-judicial stamp paper as per stampduty applicable. The non-judicial stamp paper should be in the name of the issuingbank. In case of foreign bank, the said banks guarantee to be issued by itscorrespondent bank in India on requisite non-judicial stamp paper.2. The expiry date as mentioned in bid document should be arrived at by adding 2 monthsto the date of expiry of the bid validity unless otherwise specified in the Bid Documents,3. The bank guarantee by bidders will be given from bank as specified in ITB4. A letter from the issuing bank of the requisite Bank Guarantee confirming that said bankguarantee/ all future communication relating to the Bank Guarantee shall be forwardedto the Employer at its address as mentioned at ITB.5. Bidders must indicate the full postal address of the bank along with the bank’s E-mail/Fax. From where the earnest money bond has been issued.6.
