54 en | Programming Fire Alarm Control PanelsBFSKSimilar to the programming of system events for 4/2 formats, five system events can beprogrammed for two unique digits each when the BFSK format is used. This programming isdone under7- PROG FORMATS, 3- BFSK RPT CODS.The BFSK format supports only a three-digit account number. The control panel sends the firstthree digits that are programmed. The BFSK (and tone burst) format requires that an A (hexcharacter) be entered at the control panel to cause the receiver to display 0. The BFSK formatcan report only eight points, so Points 8 to 255 are all reported as point “8”.SIAThe SIA reports are fixed, and do not require programming.Contact IDThe Contact ID reports are fixed and do not require programming.3/1The 3/1 reporting codes are determined by the programming of the 4/2 codes.
