Effective with shipments March 1, 2012, the Raw Materials Surcharge (RMS) for SBQ
bar/rod/semi finished products will be $15.25/CWT – a decrease of $45/T from last month.

The attached price list is calculated by taking the monthly average less the base multiplied by
the mean divided by the yield factor.
This surcharge will be tied to the monthly AMM Free Market Price for Ferro Alloys established 2
month’s prior. Adjustments will be made monthly.
