Reunion NewsCombined Reunion: 1st Annual Ward “Lovefest” for the Classes of 1960-1969The Class of 1965 is sponsoring our first reunion event on Friday, July 1. It is a “Ward 1960s Lovefest.” Allgraduates from 1960-1969 are invited to this happening. It will be held at St. Pat’s Parish Center at 94th andState Ave. in KCKS from 6:30-11:30p.m. The cost is $20 per person and it includes an open bar (beer &wine), hors d’oeuvres, and former WHB DJ Roger Rafferty. There will be a social hour from 6:30-7:30p.m. andthe evening will continue from 7:30-11:30 with dancing, games, prizes, and surprises.Even though this is aimed at graduates from the 1960s, all Ward graduates and friends are invited to this funevening! We hope multiple Ward classes of grandparents, parents, and grand children will come together.We hope to have music from the 1930s through the 1990s. So, we are planning fun and dancing for all ages.Obviously, we will have more Rock-n-Rollers as the night goes on.For planning purposes, we would appreciate your response by June 10. Also, on Saturday, June 4 at10:00a.m. we will have a planning meeting at Ward for this event.
