Following the introduction of Regulation 4
(Duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic
premises) of the Control of Asbestos at Work
Regulations (CAWR) 2002, many facilities
managers of commercial buildings have commissioned
asbestos surveys in order to comply
with the requirements. However, ‘managing
asbestos’ does not solely imply conducting
surveys of the premises.

recycle Halon 1211 and 1301 gasses from comms

and refill them with environmentally friendly
gasses. This service prevents the release of
greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere and
allows them to be disposed of in a safe manner.
