All is well.”1973Mitchell Sedgwick is a seniorresearch fellow in cross-culturalstudies at the Business School ofOxford Brookes University. Overthe last decade, his research hasfocused on cross-cultural problemsin Japanese multinationalcorporations. He has writtenethnographies based on fieldworkin subsidiaries of Japanese companiesin Thailand and France.
