Section 12 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONESA. Zones. In order to classify and segregate the uses of land buildings, the following zones arehereby established:A GeneralA-D Airport Development ZoneA-R Agricultural ResidentialR-E Residential-RecreationR-1 Single Family ResidentialR-MH Residential Manufactured HomesR-TT Residential-Manufactured Home and Travel TrailersR-M Multiple-Family ResidentialR-O Single Family Residential/Manufactured Homes ProhibitedR-O/A SFR/Manufactured Homes Prohibited/Limited Animal PrivilegesS-D Special DevelopmentC-1 Neighborhood CommercialC-2 General CommercialC-2H Highway CommercialC-RE Commercial RecreationC-M Commercial ManufacturingC-MO Commercial Manufacturing-Open Lot StorageM General ManufacturingM-X Heavy ManufacturingR-P Regional ParksC-P Community ParksN-P Neighborhood ParksB. Combining Zones, Lot Area. The minimum area of a lot or parcel may be different from thatdesignated on the chart in Section 25. When so differently designated, the minimum lot areashall be indicated on the Zoning Map by a "lot area combining zone". The lot area designationsshall appear on the Zoning Map in conjunction with the zoning classifications. Minimum lotarea designations shall be written beneath the Zoning classification on the map as follows:(example) R-110MThe minimum lot area designation shall be typed or printed as follows: (example) R-1/10M.Any combination zone may be created in any zone providing the minimum lot size is not lessthan the minimum lot size stipulated in Section 25 of this Ordinance.- 22 -
