Section 1 JURISDICTIONThese Regulations shall govern all land within the boundaries of Mohave County, under thejurisdiction of the Board.Section 2 PLANNING COMMISSION JURISDICTIONIt shall be the duty of the Commission, through the Planning staff, to administer and enforce theprovisions of this Ordinance under their jurisdiction.Section 3 ZONING ADMINISTRATION JURISDICTIONIt shall be the duty of the Zoning Inspector to administer and enforce the provisions of this Ordinanceregarding land use limitations as described in ARS 11-808.Section 4 VALIDITY OF THIS ORDINANCEIt is the intent of the Board to adopt the entire Ordinance as a legal unit and as a part of the GeneralCounty Plan. Any words which appear to be precatory in nature are to be interpreted as though theywere positive and conclusive.Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of these regulations be declaredunconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainingportions of these Regulations.Section 5 VALIDITY OF PERMITS AND LICENSESAll departments, officials and employees of the County of Mohave vested with the duty or authority toissue permits or licenses shall comply with the provisions of this Ordinance; and no permits or licensesshall be issued for uses or purposes in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance.Section 6 INCORRECT OR OMITTED INFORMATIONIncorrect information or statements or information omitted by applicants such that its omission mightalter the conditions on which any approval of permit, variance, appeal, or change was being consideredis sufficient basis for termination of any proceedings in process.Section 7 DELETED PER RESOLUTION 98-181- 1 -
