OF INNOVATIVE LUBRICANTSINNOVATIVE LUBRICANTSOFWHAT MAKES FUCHS REFRIGERATION OIL WHAT MAKES FUCHS REFRIGERATION OIL SPECIAL? SPECIAL?Refrigeration oil is a critical element in anyrefrigeration circuit. If you were to consider therole of lubricants across all industrial sectors, refrigeration would surely be considered oneof the trickiest to master. The huge variations intemperature, the vast working pressures and theneed to mix with unstable refrigerants all pose asignificant challenge indeed.RENISOFUCHS also believe that not only it’s quality, butthat its suitability will have a resounding effecton the efficiency and lifespan of the oil. This iswhy FUCHS have developed a complete portfolioof superior lubricants, featuring a selection ofproducts suitable for almost any application.FUCHS RENISO refrigerationcompressor oils are designedfor optimum performance, regardless of temperatureWith these obstacles in mind, the R&D expertsat FUCHS used their decades of knowledge andimmense global resources to create RENISO, ahigh performance refrigeration oil with superiorthermal stability and unbeatable longevity.

FUCHS LUBRICANTSRENISO TRITON SERIESPOLYOL ESTER (POE)Fully synthetic refrigeration oilsThe refrigeration oils of the RENISO TRITONSE/SEZ series are based on synthetic estersthat were especially developed for use withchlorine-free, fluorinated hydrocarbons (HFC/C).In contrast to conventional refrigeration oils, these aremiscible and compatible with polar HFC/FC’s.All RENISO TRITON ester oils are ultra dried and filledinto vapout tight containers, in a nitrogen atmosphere, ensuring a water content of

RENISORENISO RC SERIESMINERAL OIL (MO)Naphthenic mineral refrigeration oilsRENISO RC oils is based on selected naphthenic basestocks with very low pour point. They are suitable for smallhermetically sealed domestic refrigerator units as wellas large industrial units. RENISO RC is manufactured to astrictly controlled minimum moisture content. This is toprevent the formation of ice crystals in the refrigeratingsystems which can lead to reduced evaporatorefficiency. Napthenic refrigeration oils generally displayvery low pour points, good cold flowing properties andhigh thermal and chemical stability. Superior thermaland oxidation stability enables operation at hightemperatures for long periods without deterioration.RecommendedApplicationsRENISO RC68 is specifically formulatedfor use in domestic and industrialrefrigeration compressors.Technical propertiesManufactured using highly refinednaphthenic base oilsLow moisture levelsVery low pour point and floc pointSuperior thermal and oxidationstabilityAdvantages and BenefitsLow pour point properties.Improved evaporator efficiencyLow risk of efficiency loss if leakage occursWill operate at high temperatures for longperiods without deterioration.Product nameISO Viscositymm 2 /sPour pointº CFlash pointº CWater Contentmg/kgColour indexDIN ISO 2049Sizes AvailableLitreRefrigerantsRENISO RC 32RENISO RC 46RENISO RC 68324668-36-32-27162170183< 100< 100< 1001.51.51.55205, 20R22,R134a,R717While the information and figures given here are typical of current production and conform to specification, minor variations may occur. This predictive monitoringsystem uses oil-wear, debris and vibration analysis to track trendsin lubricant condition. CENT analyst’s will also attempt to identifythe causes of problems in the oil, providing the user with an earlywarning-systemof potential machine failure. The procedure for preventative maintenance via oil analysis issimple: Samples are taken using FUCHS CENT sampling kit andCENTCondition Monitoringare then sent to the FUCHS CENT labs for analysis. FUCHS test thesample and report to the customer within 72 hours of receipt, outlining the condition and recommending any remedial action.Customers are advised via an easily digestible report, highlightingimportant trends and figures (pictured right). A traffic light symbolis used to demonstrate if any action is required.
