Entries will open upon publication of these <strong>Supplementary</strong> <strong>Regulations</strong> to the first 30 correctentries and will close on the Friday 22 nd April, 2005, unless prior arrangement is made with theEvent Secretary. The event is open to all CAMS affiliated club members. The Race Entry fee is$150.00 inc. all Levies. All entries received before closing date will be placed into a draw for thechance for one (1) entry to receive a refund of their nomination. Entry forms must be completed infull and accompanied by the entry fee and lodged to the “Event Secretary, Moranbah <strong>Off</strong> <strong>Road</strong> Club,P.O. Box 127, Moranbah QLD 4744”. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the Event ifinsufficient entries are received.Any request for a withdrawal of entry must be in writing and received by Wednesday 27 th of April2005.7. Scrutineering will commence from 3pm Friday in the pit area and conclude no later than 10pmFriday, Scrutineering may be available on Saturday morning if prior arrangements are made withEvent Organisers. All competitors cars will be scrutineered at the event. No regional Scrutineeringwill be accepted. Pre-race technical queries can be directed to Reg Abbott - Ph. (07) 49416919• CAMS Log Book will be presented to the Scrutineer prior to entering the track. The Chief Stewardwill hold Log Books & Licenses until the end of the event.• All drivers apparel (helmets, overalls, footwear, gloves etc.) must be presented for inspection andapproval.• Race numbers, advertising signs, communication devices must be in position.• Any car, which after scrutineering is dismantled or modified in any way might affect the safety of thevehicle or raises questions as to its eligibility, or is involved in an accident having similar results,must be submitted for re-Scrutineering.• Any car may be prohibited from practice or racing for safety reasons.• The Race Director may direct any car involved in an incident to be stopped and re-scrutineeredduring or after the race.Important notice: Only persons holding a valid civil driver’s license may drive or be in control of avehicle in a “public place” the only part of the circuit which is not a “public place” is the race track,access roads and in the pits.8. If any driver/navigator is under Eighteen (18) years of age, the consent of his/her parent/guardianmust appear on the entry form.9. The age limit for drivers to be allowed to compete in the Event is Sixteen (16) years of age, but, alicensed navigator, of at least Seventeen (17) years of age, must accompany them. The age limit fornavigator is Fourteen (14) years of age.10. The event shall be open to holders of a CAMS <strong>Off</strong> <strong>Road</strong> License or higher who are current financialmembers of a club affiliated with CAMS. Appropriate licenses must be produced at Administrationand/or Scrutineering and on request during the event.11. The Driver’s and Navigator’s Briefing is Compulsory. All Drivers & Navigators will report tothe Club House for the briefing at 7.00am on Saturday 30 th April, 2005 and shall sign-in, failure todo so will result in exclusion from the competition. All Competitor’s will be permitted to complete asingle Reconnaissance (or look) Lap immediately following the Briefing at approx 7:30am. Thelook-lap shall occur at a controlled speed.
