2. Payments: Payment of the Security Deposit shall be due at the time of sign<strong>in</strong>g to hold the hall for thedate of the event. The <strong>Rental</strong> Fee is due 21 days prior to the event date. If the date of your event is lessthan 21 days, the entire <strong>Rental</strong> Fee and Security Deposit is due at the time of sign<strong>in</strong>g this agreement.3. Food and Beverage. Renter may use any caterer of their choice.4. Alcohol- Malt beverages, w<strong>in</strong>e and ciders are the only alcohol beverages permitted. If any other alcoholbeverages (hard liquor) are discovered, the event will close immediately and the deposit will be forfeited.NCIM does not have an alcohol license. All alcohol service must be contracted by a licensed andapproved vendor. Serv<strong>in</strong>g or consumption of alcohol on the premise without a licensed bartender willresult <strong>in</strong> forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit ($200.00).(a) BY LAW, NO ONE UNDER 21 MAY CONSUME OR TASTE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.Renter agrees and warrants that there shall be NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY PERSONSUNDER AGE 21. Further, Renter shall monitor all service, if any, of alcohol and specificallyacknowledges that Renter is solely liable for the consumption of any alcohol by any person on thePremises and that such liability shall extend to any aspect regard<strong>in</strong>g the consumption of alcohol.(b) A NCIM representative may ask guests for identification to verify age. NCIM reserves the right to askthe entire party to leave if (1) a m<strong>in</strong>or is consum<strong>in</strong>g alcohol; (2) an adult is provid<strong>in</strong>g alcohol to a m<strong>in</strong>or;or (3) a guest or guests appears <strong>in</strong>toxicated and refuses to leave the Premises.(c) All alcohol must be served by a pre-approved bartender and consumed INSIDE NCCC. No alcoholis permitted anywhere outside of the ma<strong>in</strong> build<strong>in</strong>g. This <strong>in</strong>cludes outside the front door, the park<strong>in</strong>g lot,and rear of build<strong>in</strong>g. Only packaged liquor may be consumed. No “punch”, “kool-aid” or any otherdr<strong>in</strong>ks mixed by anyone other than licensed bartenders is allowed.(d) Only persons hold<strong>in</strong>g the appropriate liquor licenses and permits and pre-approved by NCIM will beauthorized to dispense alcohol, and only from the bar area.5. Refund Policy. The Refund Policy for cancellations is as follows:At least 30 days before the event:If NCIM can re-book the date, then the <strong>Rental</strong> Fee and all deposits will be refunded, less a 20% servicecharge. If not, then the entire amount is non-refundable.Less than 30 days before the event:Non-Refundable6. Term of Event. All events <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g music must end NO LATER THAN 12:00 AM. All guests, renter,and vendors secured by renter SHALL VACATE THE PREMISES BY 12:30 A.M.7. Access to Banquet <strong>Hall</strong>. All events are on a “first-come first-served” basis. Set-up shall be <strong>in</strong>cluded <strong>in</strong>book<strong>in</strong>g time, unless other arrangements are made <strong>in</strong> writ<strong>in</strong>g directly with NCIM. All Renters, guests,caterers, musicians and vendors shall be out of the Banquet <strong>Hall</strong> one-half (1/2) hour after the event’sscheduled end<strong>in</strong>g time, unless prior arrangements have been made. A charge of $100.00 per hour, orportion thereof, shall apply for each hour the Banquet <strong>Hall</strong> is not cleared after an event.8.
