Pursuant to a recess order on November 5, 1968, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen
met on November 12, 1968, at 7:00 p. m. in the Mayor and Board of Aldermen's
Chamber in City Hall when and where the following were present:

After the meeting was called to order, the following business was transacted:
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen met with the Board of Trustees of the
Oxford Municipal Separate School District and the Planning Commission to discuss
with Dr. James Baxter the long range planning recommendation concerning
the Oxford City Schools.
