MINUTE BOOK No. 24, CITY OF OXFORD
Motion was made by Alderman McLaurin, seconded by Alderman Hannaford and
passed unanimously to authorize the City Clerk to make a temflaryvtransfer in
the amount of $9,513.00 from the General Fund to set up a new fund in the
Trust and Agency Account to be designated as the Urban Beautification and
Recreation Capital Improvement Fund-Fiscal Year 1967-68. This inter-fund
loan is to be repaid from grant funds to be received at a later date from "the
United States Government.
On motion duly made, seconded and passed unanimously it is ordered that
this Board do now recess Until September 10, 1968 at 7:00 p. m.
