14Kindergarten-Grade 5 LEVEL 3Infractions – Seriously Disruptive BehaviorA22A23A24A25A26A27A28A29A30A31A32Being insubordinate; defying or disobeying the lawful authority <strong>of</strong> school personnelor school safety agentsUsing slurs based upon actual or perceived race, ethnicity, color, national origin,citizenship/immigration status, weight, religion, gender, gender identity, genderexpression, sexual orientation, or disabilityShoving, pushing, or engaging in other similar physical behavior towards studentsor school personnel (e.g., horseplay or pushing past another person), or throwing anobject (e.g., chalk) or spitting at another person (for fighting use A34)Bringing unauthorized visitors to school or allowing unauthorized visitors to enterschool in violation <strong>of</strong> written school rulesKnowingly possessing property belonging to another without authorizationTampering with, changing, or altering a record or document <strong>of</strong> a school by anymethod, including, but not limited to, computer access or other electronic meansEngaging in inappropriate or unwanted physical contact or touching someone in aprivate part <strong>of</strong> body.
