The markers should be placed 60 cm in the ground & remaining 30 cm should be visible.The route markers are to be painted with enamel paint of yellow color & letters #GAIL OFC# with red color. OFCjoint markers are to be painted with enamel paint of red color & the letters #GAIL OFC# with white color. The stone& paint used for the markers should be of reputed brand/make. Experienced Engineer / Supervisor (Highly skilled) : 01 No.2. Splicing Technician (Highly skilled) : 01 No.3. Splicing support person (semi-skilled) : 01 No.4. Manpower for surveillance on other than pipeline section, with suitable transportation & communication facility onSV-30-Udaipur route (Un-skilled): 01 Nos.5. Manpower for other associated jobs on SV30 to Pindwara route, with suitable transportation & communicationfacility:03 Nos.6. Vehicle (4 wheeler) with driver : 01 No.7. Generator set & lighting arrangement / emergency light etc. : 01 No.8. Splicing Machine with battery backup : 0 1 No.9. OTDR with dummy fibre and battery backup :01 Nos(Also OTDR shall be able to measure upto 120 Km fibre length i.e. designed for at least 42/40 db measured losses.)10.
