REGULATIONS
AMENDMENT
(Approved by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor in Council dated 12
November 2003.)
Pursuant to section 27 of the Securities Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. S-3,
Council made the following regulations:
1. The heading and subheading immediately before section 45.1 and
sections 45.1 to 45.8 of the Securities Act Regulations (EC165/89) are
revoked.
2. These regulations come into force on December 15, 2003.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
This amendment revokes transitional provisions in the regulations
respecting the implementation of the national registration data base. A
rule made under the Act will replace the revoked provisions.
