The Lee CountySheriff’s Office will be patrollingthis intersection and the rest <strong>of</strong> the communityand will issue citations to those drivers who do not stopat the stop signs or who exceed the posted speed limit.Fitness Center KnowledgeThe abductorand adductorfitness equipmentis not designedto be used whenstanding. Theproper use <strong>of</strong> thisfitness equipmentis in the seatedposition as it isdesigned. The Life Fitness bikes in the fitness centerare not designed to be used while standing on the bikes.Some fitness bikes are designed for that type <strong>of</strong> use butthose in our fitness center are not. Standing on the bikesin this way has caused damage to both the bikes, whichthe HOA has repaired. Please know the treadmills arenot designed to be used without turning on the motor orto be forced in a backwards motion. Using the treadmillswithout the power on will damage the motor, andforcing the treads in the opposite direction <strong>of</strong> their installationcauses damage to the belts and motor. Improperuse <strong>of</strong> fitness center equipment becomes a safety and liabilityissue for the Homeowners Association along withextra costs to the homeowners to repair this equipment.Please use the fitness center equipment as it was designedto be used by the manufacturer.
