Invoices of <strong>ATTO</strong>-<strong>TEC</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> are payablewith deduction of 2% within 10 days orwithout reduction within 21 days from the dateindicated on the invoice. Until full payment allgoods remain property of <strong>ATTO</strong>-<strong>TEC</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong>.Payments by cheque or bill of exchange areeffective only after these have been cleared<strong>and</strong> paid.7. If the customer defaults in payment <strong>ATTO</strong>-<strong>TEC</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> may repossess the goods <strong>and</strong><strong>ATTO</strong>-<strong>TEC</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> will keep them in custodyuntil the default is rectifi ed. Such repossessionshall not be interpreted as a withdrawal ofany sales contract, unless explicitly statedby <strong>ATTO</strong>-<strong>TEC</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong>.
