Practitioner Credentialing, Contracting, RecredentialingFor a practitioner, credentialing is the first step in <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Care</strong>'s qualitymanagement process to ensure that members receive high-quality, responsive, andculturally-competent care.Practitioners who wish to provide services to members must complete the credentialingprocess be<strong>for</strong>e they are eligible to contract to provide services to members.
