More than justmedical health, tithing 10 percent of annual bottom linenet revenues brought new meaning to “Quality of Life.”Newbold also ushered in the era of innovation,establishing a free exchange of ideas and a culture ofcreativity; encouraging ideas that differentiate Memorialfrom the pack and give patients that WOW! experience.As with other areas of his life, Newbold has taken hispassion for innovation to the next level, becoming aninnovation guru.
